I have gambled on countless of rounds of vingt-et-un. I started sneaking into the gambling halls when I was still underage. I have bet on online chemin de fer, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a little while. With all that said I have still spent a lot of funds at blackjack. The gambling halls have made it almost impossible to defeat the game.
I still enjoy the game and wager on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have wagered on a type of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get rich with this method or defeat the casino, still you will experience a lot of fun. This tactic is founded on the fact that 21 seems to be a game of streaks. When you are hot your on fire, and when you are not you’re NOT!
I gamble with basic strategy 21. When I don’t win I bet the lowest amount allowed on the next hand. If I do not win again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. As soon as I hit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the original bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I return the action back down to the original amount.
I am very disciplined and do not back out. It gets extremely fun on occasion. If you win a few hands in a row your bets go up very quick. Before you realize it you are gambling $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic streaks a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the MGM a few years back with $750 after 30 mins using this technique! And a couple of months ago in Vegas I left a table with $1200!
You have to understand that you can give away a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be astonished at the streaks you see betting this way. Below is a guide of what you would wager if you continue winning at a $5 game.

Take 5 dollar paid to you, leave the original five dollar wager

Leave five dollar paid to you for a total bet of $10
Bet 10 dollar
Take $10 paid to you, leave the initial ten dollar wager

Leave ten dollar paid to you for a total wager of 20 dollar
Bet $20
Take $20 paid-out to you, leave the first $20 wager
Wager $20
Leave twenty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $40
Wager $40
Take 40 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial forty dollar wager
Wager forty dollar
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total bet of eighty dollar
Wager $80
Take 80 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $80 bet
Bet $80
Leave eighty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $160
Bet 160 dollar
Take 160 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 160 dollar bet
If you departed at this moment you would be up 315 dollar !!
It’s hard to go on a streak this long, but it will happen. And when it does you can’t deviate and drop your bet or the end result will not be the same.
